By accessing or using GoToHosp, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
GoToHosp provides a clinic management platform that includes appointment scheduling, patient records, medicine inventory, staff management, and billing features.
To use our service, you must register a clinic account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. After the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the service. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. If you purchase a subscription and use any part of it during that month, the subscription amount for that month will not be refunded.
You are responsible for all data you enter into the system. You agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
You retain all ownership rights to your clinic data. We do not claim ownership over any data you submit to the platform. You grant us a license to use your data solely to provide the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoToHosp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service with or without notice. We will not be liable to you for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
